Welcome to KLWP Themes.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the KLWP Themes website (klwpthemes.com) and DuoWall, our mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

KLWP Themes provides digital personalization content through its website and mobile application, including KLWP themes, wallpapers, free and premium digital content, downloads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, and advertisement-supported features.

Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to KLWP Themes.

By accessing our website, using our mobile application, downloading content, making a purchase, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Our Services

  • Free and premium content

2. User Accounts

Some features of our mobile application may require Google Sign-In, including features such as downloads, favorites, purchases, subscriptions, or access to certain premium functionality.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for activity performed through your account.

You must not attempt to access another user’s account or misuse our authentication systems.

3. Free Content

KLWP Themes may provide certain themes, wallpapers, presets, or other digital content free of charge.

Availability of free content may change over time.

Certain free content within our mobile application may require completion of a rewarded advertisement before the content can be downloaded.

Watching or completing an advertisement does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights in the content to you.

4. Advertisements and Rewarded Ads

DuoWall may display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements.

Certain free downloads or features may require you to voluntarily complete a rewarded advertisement before receiving the applicable content or benefit.

Advertisement availability may depend on factors such as your location, device, internet connection, advertising provider, or technical conditions.

We cannot guarantee that a rewarded advertisement will always be available.

Third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob, may be subject to their own terms and policies.

5. Premium Content

Certain themes, wallpapers, content, or features may be designated as premium.

Premium content may require:

  • A one-time purchase;
  • An active subscription; or
  • Another payment option clearly presented before purchase.

Applicable prices and access requirements will be displayed before you confirm a transaction.

6. One-Time Purchases

Our mobile application may allow you to purchase certain premium products individually.

After a successful purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the purchased content in accordance with these Terms.

Purchasing one premium product does not provide access to all premium products unless explicitly stated.

A one-time purchase is separate from a subscription.

7. Subscriptions

DuoWall may offer subscription-based premium access.

An active subscription may provide access to designated premium themes, wallpapers, features, or other benefits included in the applicable subscription plan.

The subscription price, billing period, included benefits, and other relevant purchase information will be displayed before you confirm your subscription.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date, subject to Google Play requirements and applicable laws.

Subscription plans, prices, or included benefits may change in accordance with applicable platform requirements and laws.

8. Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are managed through your Google Play account.

You may cancel an eligible subscription through Google Play’s subscription management options.

Uninstalling DuoWall does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

After cancellation, subscription benefits may generally remain available until the end of the applicable paid billing period, subject to Google Play policies and applicable laws.

After the subscription expires, access to subscription-only premium content or benefits may end.

9. Payments

Android in-app purchases and subscriptions may be processed using Google Play Billing.

Payment information is processed by the applicable payment provider.

KLWP Themes does not directly collect or store your complete credit card or debit card information.

Prices may vary depending on factors such as country, currency, taxes, applicable platform pricing, or other permitted pricing adjustments.

10. Refunds

Refund eligibility for purchases made through Google Play is subject to applicable Google Play policies and applicable consumer laws.

Digital products purchased through our website or another authorized platform may be subject to the refund terms presented at the time of purchase or our applicable Refund Policy.

Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval.

If a purchase is refunded, reversed, cancelled, or subject to a successful chargeback, access to the corresponding premium product or benefit may be removed where permitted.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Digital Product License

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, downloading or purchasing our digital content provides you with a limited license to use that content.

It does not transfer ownership, copyright, or other intellectual property rights to you.

Our digital products are generally licensed for personal use.

You may use legitimately obtained content on your compatible personal devices, subject to any product-specific requirements.

12. Redistribution and Prohibited Use

Unless you have our explicit written permission, you may not:

  • Resell our themes, wallpapers, presets, or digital files
  • Redistribute free or premium products
  • Re-upload our files to another website, application, marketplace, cloud service, or file-sharing platform for distribution
  • Publicly share premium download files
  • Claim our original designs or content as your own
  • Sell modified versions of our products
  • Remove ownership or copyright information for redistribution
  • Circumvent purchases, subscriptions, advertisements, authentication systems, or premium-access controls
  • Obtain paid content through unauthorized methods
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of our Services

Personal customization of a theme or other product does not transfer ownership or provide redistribution rights.

13. KLWP and Device Compatibility

Some products available through our Services may require third-party applications such as KLWP.

You are responsible for checking applicable product requirements before purchasing or using content.

Compatibility may vary depending on factors including:

  • Android version
  • Device manufacturer or model
  • Screen size, resolution, or aspect ratio
  • Launcher
  • KLWP or Kustom version
  • Device permissions
  • Device-specific restrictions

We cannot guarantee identical appearance or functionality across every device, Android version, launcher, or third-party application configuration.

14. Third-Party Applications and Services

Our Services may interact with or depend on third-party applications and services such as:

  • Google Play
  • Google Sign-In
  • Firebase
  • Google AdMob
  • Google Play Billing
  • KLWP or other Kustom applications

KLWP Themes is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with these third parties unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, applications, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original themes, wallpapers, graphics, designs, previews, branding, website content, application content, and other original materials provided through our Services are owned by or licensed to KLWP Themes.

Downloading, purchasing, or accessing content through a subscription does not transfer copyright or ownership to you.

You receive only the usage rights specifically granted under these Terms or the applicable product license.

16. Downloads and Device Storage

Content downloaded through our mobile application may be stored locally on your device.

You are responsible for managing files and available storage on your device.

If you manually delete downloaded content or its storage folder, DuoWall may detect that the applicable content is no longer stored on your device.

You may need to download the content again where re-downloads are available.

17. Service Availability

We aim to keep our Services available and functional, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

  • Maintenance
  • Application or server updates
  • Internet or network problems
  • Third-party service outages
  • Technical issues
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

18. Changes to Our Services

We may update, improve, modify, add, or discontinue features or content when reasonably necessary.

Changes affecting paid products, subscriptions, or existing access will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements.

19. Misuse of Our Services

We may take reasonable action where our Services are seriously or repeatedly misused.

Examples include:

  • Unauthorized redistribution
  • Bypassing payment or premium-access systems

  • Files manually deleted by the user
